Podzielam zdanie poniżej. Zamieszcza oferty w internecie czym skusił mnie na kontakt. W czasie rozmowy już lekko zniechęcał do danej oferty, wspominał o innych, miał je wysłać i nic. Po kolejnym kontakcie z mojej strony mówił, że wyjechał, zapamięta, wyśle i znów nic. Na SMS nie odp. i tak to kilka tygodni trwało. Szkoda czasu, trzeba zgłosić gościa do DOSPON, bo za dużo ludzi czuje się zrobionych w balona

Mami ludzi ofertami a jak człowiek chce poznać szczegóły to cisza, olewa Klientów, nie oddzwania, nie odpisuje mimo zapewnień, że to zrobi. Szkoda czasu. Pytanie czy te oferty istnieją naprawdę pozostaje zasadne, bo nie jedna osoba skarży się na to samo.

To all looking for the info, Some time ago I intended to buy one property in Wroclaw represented by Vartecki. It took a long time to get the basics. Had to send reminders and eventually I was blessed with the response which was not really what I needed. I've pulled out but the property was still interesting to me despite a high markup over the purchase price. THan the property came on the market as rent.. Unfortunately with the same middle-man. I've negotiated the price to reflect the market conditions... we kind of agreed and not but the person did not pull out. LAter I was played for several days while he was cooking a deal with somebody else. There is nothing wrong with aiming to get the best output but the quality of the service is not as the promise of the website. Basically it is a some bloke who decided to pretend a big player by buying himself a clean company who previously been selling some electrical goods... typical game to raise a profile but its fake. Web says 11 years experience. With all fairness its 8 years but not much of success there. IT looks like ego driven business so the chap can pretend somebody he is clearly not. Business is business but the rules of the business as it is promised.. is not being a typical.. as we say it in polish "Janusz of the business". From the first experience to the recent one is all bad. I obviously shared the opinion with him and said that I will use the internet to limit the propaganda of a pro business.. response was like a typical kiddo who don't understand that a harsh comment may result in bad business. Well he is a cocky lad.. but weak manipulative players always are. I'm sure I get some response to it with a back play... well lets wait to see :) From my side.. I don't like lack of professionalism and businesses pretending to be pro as it harms the opinion about Polish business.. I will just spread the news. and to the owner.. give me a reason to get you for defamation.. as a company you are exposed to the revie
